We are thrilled to shine a bright light on Kristen Buus, our amazing Office Manager at Peter Howell Elementary! Although she has been with TUSD for just over a year — having made the big move from the west side of Phoenix to Tucson — she has already made a massive, heartwarming impact on our campus community.

For Kristen, the absolute best part of her job is the people. She says the students feel like her own kids, and there is no other school she would rather be at, calling Peter Howell one big family! When she isn't leading her team with dedication and a smile, Kristen loves embracing the outdoors. Her favorite hobbies include riding motorcycles with her husband and spending quality time with her husband and kids.
